How the ATLASONE smart app works:
Smart App User Experience:
- The user app works in any jurisdiction anyplace in the work where the software is deployed
- As jurisdictions and authorities join; as the end-user moves they receive relevant information for that location
- The user receives a geo-location map-based information notice when:
- The authority pushes out any type of notice
- When the authority schedules a notice to go out at a particular time [feature coming soon]
- When a user comes into a geo-location that has a notification established for at area or place;
- When an end-user marks a particular location, such as a school, if a notice is sent out the user receives it regardless of their location; and
- When a user follows a jurisdiction
The Dashboard Experience:
- The jurisdiction provides a jason or xxxx image of the jurisdiction
- This allows communication to users through the app
- Mass notifications may be made
- Geo-fences places and areas can be marked
- The jurisdiction is provided the ability to push to one social media – normally (Twitter, Facebook, or XXX)
- When pushing out a notification or alert to the app, optionally it can go out to the social media platform
- The geo-mapping is also contained within the social media push. The user may also go to or download the Atlas One App from the social media App

- The jurisdiction is provided one – Studio “card.” Studio is an interactive information mini-webpage to add additional information or further direct communication

A. Who is eligible to receive a sponsorship

- Public Authorities
- First Responder Jurisdictions
- Selected Security Groups
- Public Hospitals
B. Requirments
- Complete the registration
- Attend the Community Security Training Session
- At least one senior officer/official must be in attendance
- Training, PIO, communication manages, any technical individuals are encouraged
- Upon completion of the session, your authority will be enrolled in the software program
- Training will be made available
- We will offer an implementation plan
- Appropriate individuals will be enrolled in the MS Teams Channel for additional learning and collaboration with other authorities
- Testing, pilot, and plan implementation needs to be indicated within 60 days or as agreed to
- Ongoing use of the system in the authority is required.

- One dashboard license will be issued for use in one jurisdiction
- Unlimited user licenses are authorized
